Getting in range of the mediator trait with teens is hard becuase you have to do negative interactions, which lower it and then positive interactions to raise it. But if you have a holiday where fighting is a tradition, it won’t affect character values but you can still make peace after a fight, increasing conflict resolution. So you don’t have to always take two steps back and three steps forward.
