Parents, do you often compare your teen to other teens? There isn’t a formula of exactly where and what teens are supposed to be doing and when. Comparing can be very hurtful to ourselves and our teens!

Learn to love the kid you have and strive to enjoy them authentically. Notice their uniqueness instead of how they are different from others. Share with your teen the great unique qualities you notice in them. Be more happy and grateful for this opportunity instead of comparing them to others.
